Return to an Order of the House of Representatives, No. 20, of 23rd August, 1871. That there be laid on the Table—" A Eeturn showing the Number and Tonnage of all Vessels built in the Colony since the 30th June, 1853, distinguishing Steam from Sailing Vessels, and the Provinces in which they were built. Also, the Number, Tonnage, and Number of Crews of the said Vessels engaged in the Coasting Trade of the Colony, on the 30th June, 1869 ; together with the Number, Tonnage, and Number of Crewa of any Foreign Vessels now engaged in the Coasting Trade."
