OPENING OF SEASON
SWIMMING CENTRE’S CARNIVAL The opening carnival of the South Auckland Swimming Centre's 1941-2 season will be conducted at the Hamilton municipal baths tomorrow night. Relays, sprints, diving and water polo events comprise the programme. Among well-knowm swimmers taking part, whose performances wuJl be watched with interest, are L. Brewster, of MorrinsviUe (now in the senior grade). K. Waterson. of Matamata, holder of the 100yds South Auckland men's free-style championship, and Miss E. Houlihan, of MorrinsviUe.
