FREEDOM FROM RAIDS (United Press Assn. —L'ler. Tel. Copyright> TOKIO, Nov. 19 Major-General Sats, chief of the Department of Military Affairs, expressed the opinion that the revision of the anti-air raid regulations as suggested by the Government would make it impossible for a single enemy aeroplane to reach Japanese territory. The Minister of Agriculture, Mr Ino. told Parliament that Japan's food supplies would last for two years, even in the worst eventuality.
