QUEEN OF NETHERLANDS
GREETINGS RECIPROCATED (By Telegraph—Special to Times) WELLINGTON, Thursday A message from the Queen of the Netherlands has been received by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser. “Please accept, with the Government and people of New Zealand,” says the message, “my sincerest thanks for the expression of confidence in ultimate victory and in the resurrection of the Netherlands, which I share, and also convey to all present at the luncheon my warm appreciation for their good wishes on my birthday and for the expression of their friendship for my people. “I am happy that the hospital ship Oranje has been placed at your disposal. lam proud of the services which she is rendering by tending upon your sick and wounded, and, God willing, by saving the lives of your countrymen who shed their blood in our common cause. I feel certain that the captain and crew will do their utmost in fulfilling their duty toward their New Zealand Allies, who are so gallantly risking their lives for the sake of freedom.'
