CLAIM AGAINST BOARD
{By Telegraph. —Press Association) NAPIER. Wednesday Judgment for Norman John Frank Scnk, former sole teacher at the Ti Tree Point School, was entered by the magistrate against the Hawke’s Bay Education Board in a reserved decision. Senk claimed £25 13s 4d, the balance of wages following the termination of his engagement as the outcome of an appeal on conscientious grounds against military service. The magistrate commented on conscientious objectors ancl the board’s attitude, and said the main point was whether the plaintiff had asked, when he was in formed that parents would not send their children to his school, to be relieved oi his duties forthwith and given a position elsewhere.
