BURNED BY ACID
WORKER FALLS INTO VAT AUCKLAND, Friday Through falling into a vat of sulphuric acid at the tinning works of Alex Harvey and Sons, Limited, in Parnell, Mr Peter Murphy, labourer, aged 49, married, of Grafton, was severly burned on the arms and the left leg. He was admitted to the Auckland Hospital and his condition last night was serious.
