PRESENTATION EVENING
A presentation evening was given to Gunner J. Buckley in the Te Pahu Hall recentily, when Major. Fillery presented him with an initialled leather writing wallet with the good wishes of his many friends. Gunner J. Buckley suitably replied. The evening was spent in dancing, music being supplied by Mrs J. A. Anderson. Mrs J. Wright, of Karamu, played the extras, and elocutionary items were given by Mrs Ballard, of , Hamilton. ; Among those present were:—Mes--1 dames Rutherford, R. Charleston. D. ' Shaw, E. W.
