NEWSPAPER’S NEW VENTURE United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright; (Received Nov. 20, 3.15 p.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 19 The New York Times and Station W.M.C.A. announced that they will inaugurate on December 1 hourly news bulletin broadcasts, constituting the first regular news broadcasts by any New York newspaper. Mr Arthur Hays Sulzberger, publisher of the Times, said that while the Times - believes that the radio will never take the place of a newspaper the radio has become indispensable for bulletin purposes. : ' ! i ; ! | ;
