THEATRE ROYAL

“The Zero Hour” is a stirring drama dealing with a famous actress who has pledged her love to a man who was hopelessly crippled on the night they were to have been married. For nine years she denies herself a normal woman’s birthright of love, home and family. During this time she feels a strong yearning for a child, and has her mind set on adopting one particular little giri, only to • learn that an attractive young widower has the same idea. Thrown in the company of this man she is torn between her love for him and her loyalty to her husband. Stanley Lupino’s stage and screen successes are so numerous that audiences have come to expect great things as normal from this gifted comedian. "Hold My Hand” lives up to the Lupino tradition.
