The Whitiora branch of the National Party is holding an afternoon party in the lounge of the National Club on Friday, when Mrs Gould, of Auckland, will be the speaker.

The Hamilton branch of the Women’s War Services Auxiliary is compiling a register of the women power available in the Hamilton district, and registrations may be made from noon to 3 p.m. daily at the Home Guard Hut, Garden Place.
