front page by the Yugoslav press. The country has been profoundly impressed, and it is generally thought that the speech is the turning point in the war. The Athens radio states that the President of the United States has officially and irrevocably signed the deathwarrant of Hitler’s new order. The Athens radio states that Mussolini has returned home from the Albanian front with his prestige weakened and his authority shaken.
