RADIO ADDRESS TOMORROW TO SPEAK ON DEFENCE HELP FIGHT AGGRESSION (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright* (Received March 15, 11 a.m.) WASHINGTON, March 14 Mr Roosevelt will make a radio address on Sunday. The President will speak on defence and aid to nations which are battling against aggression. It is expected the speech will take 30 minutes. The occasion is the annual dinner in his honour on Saturday at 9.30 p.m., given by the White House Correspondents’ Association.
