RECORD SURPLUS DISCLOSED TO LIVE WITHIN INCOME BIG CORPORATION TAX (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received March 15, 3.15 p.m.) ONTARIO, March 14 The Premier and Treasurer, Mr Hepburn, in a speech on the Ontario Budget today, disclosed a record surplus of nearly 13,000,000 dollars. Mr Hepburn made a pledge that the Government is determined to live within its income as part oi untano’s national war effort. The corporation tax yielded £23,000,000 dollars, compared with the estimate of 15,000,000 dollars. EXPLOSION IN SPAIN MADRID. March 14 The death roll at Saint Seville, it is feared, will be 50 and 480 injured. The homeless number 2500.
