Dr. H. M. Wilson, of Hastings, has been elected president of the New Zealand branch of the British Medical Association.
Dr. C. D. Gilberd, Medical Officer of Health for South Auckland district, with headquarters at Hamilton, who recently was appointed medical superintendant at the Auckland Hospital, cetised duty here yesterday, and his successor, Dr. L. S. Davis, late Medical Officer of Health for East Cape district, has arrived to take over the duties on Monday.
