Tel. copyright) (Received March 15, 11 a.m.) BERLIN, March 14 The news agency says that the military commander of the Netherlands announces that 15 persons who had been convicted of sabotage and espionage were shot yesterday. The- death sentences passed on three other persons were commuted to imprisonment for life.
