MAKING OF MUNITIONS CHEMICAL ADVISERS WELLINGTOI# Thursday An announcement that the Government had secured the services of Dr. F. G. Soper, professor of chemistry at Otago University, to act as chemical adviser on munitions was made tonight by the Minister of Supply and Munitions, the Hon. D. G. Sullivan. Professor Soper will be attached to the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research. The Minister said the Government regarded it as all important to have the best scientific assistance possible at present when it was actively pursuing a definite policy in regard to the manufacture of munitions,
