March 13 The Free French authorities in London state that German military and economic experts are entering France’s North African colonies under the guise of members of the Armistice Commission. There are 80 of these experts in Casablanca alone.

Visitors to Buckingham Palace yesterday included Professor J. B. Conant, president of Harvard University, Lord Harlech, new British High Commissioner in South Africa, and Mr A. V. Alexander, First Lord of the Admiralty.
