PUBLICATION IN LONDON DOOM OF HITLERISM (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, March 11 Die Zeitung, a German language newspaper, will be published for the first time in London tomorrow for the benefit of refugees. It is being published with the consent and goodwill of the British authorities, but is not an official organ of the British Government. It will be published under a board of German editors. “ This paper is that unimaginable thing—a free and independent German daily, the only one in Europe,” it is stated. The name German has come to stand for barbarism, aggression and vandalism, the editors state, and for that reason call on free Germans throughout the world, even in Germany, whose hearts are not hardened anc minds not crushed, to rally to attack Hitler's Germany, which is
