DEATH OF EARL
CHARGE OF MURDER (.United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received March 12, 3.15 p.m.) NAIROBI, March 11 Major Sir Delves Broughton has been charged with the murder of the Earl of Errol. A cable on January 26 stated that the Earl had been killed in a motor accident. The next day it was revealed at the inquest that he was possibly murdered. The doctor stated that death was due to wounds caused by revolver bullets entering from behind the left ear. It was unlikely that they were self-inflicted. The inquest was adjourned. Sir Delves Broughton is a large landowner in Wales, owing over 15,000 acres.
