RAFFLING OF RACEHORSE (By Telcgraim.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Monday It is expected that the art union for the thoroughbred yearling colt War Effort, presented to the National Patriotic Fund Board by Mr R. A. Smith, of Waipawa, in aid of the patriotic funds, will produce a net financial result slightly in excess of 2000gns.
