AMERICAN LEGISLATION EARLY VOTE TAKEN ONLY TWO HOURS’ DEBATE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received March'll, 3.15 p.m.) WASHINGTON, March 10 The House of Representatives today unanimously agreed to consider the Aid to Britain Bill tomorrow, under procedure calling for the acceptance of many of the Senate amendments. The agreement provides for a two-hours’ debate, followed immediately by a vote. This assures the bill reaching Mr Roosevelt late on Tuesday or on Wednesday morning. The President will send Congress his first request for aid appropriations immediately after signing the measure. MR ROOSEVELT’S LEAD SOUTH AMERICAN SUPPORT 100 PER CENT CO-OPERATION (Uniled Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received March 11, 3.15 p.m.) NEW YORK. March 10 The former Postmaster-General, Mr J. A. Farley, said on his return from South America today: “There is no doAbt that we have their 100 per cent co-operation so far as the defence of the hemisphere is concerned. They realise that their best interests lie with us. “I am satisfied that the people of South America will follow the lead of Mr Roosevelt.”
