Copyright) WASHINGTON, March 7 Mr Justice Proctor refused today I to direct the acquittal of the American Medical Association, which was on trial for a violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, but acquitted four of the association’s co-defen-dants on charges of restraining the activities of the Group Health Association, which is a medical cooperative scheme for Federal workers.
