TURKEY AND RUSSIA WKAT WILL THEY DO? LONDON. March 6 The air raid defences of Istanbul were tested last night. More mme3 are being laid in Turkish waters and all Turkish shin* are being placed under commissions which license ships for foreign voyages. The Greeks emphasise that this is the time for bi? measures and big riake. The Belgrade radio announced that Yugoslavia is conscious of her obligations and is strictly maintaining a policy of ncace and is strengthening her security. Yugoslavia did not change her policy at the beginning of tho war and there is no particular reason for a change now.
