He I believes that it is deliberate falsi- j fication, therefore he has decided to j tell the American people what j these misrepresentations have been and in what respect they are ! false.” Mr Roosevelt, when asked whether ' he considered the inclusion of Can- ; ada in the Pan-American Union was j desirable, said he had not thought of i the matter.
