The Germans are helping to build submarines in Rumania. Important Polish people who fled to Rumania during the GermanPolish war are reported to have been arrested by the Germans. They are stated to include Colonel Beck, formerly Polish Foreign Minister. The chief of the German Gestapo, Himmler, will reach Madrid on Sunday.
