EGO TRICKS

1. If an egg is soaked in strong vinegar for a few hours, the lime in the shell is so supple that the entire egg can be pressed through the neck of a bottle. If the bottle is then filled with water, the egg will regain its shape, and the shell its hardness. 2. Get an uncooked egg, and challenge anyone to make the egg stand up on its end without breaking the shell. They will say no, they can’t. Take the egg, and give it a few hard shakes; this will break the yolk. Hold the egg upright for a few moments. It will be found that the heavy yolk keeps the egg in an upright position.
