He’ll scuttle himself in a minute!” CONDENSED Wee Miss: Mamma, maynt’ I take the part of a milkmaid at the movie ball?” Mamma: You are too little. “Well, I can be a condensed milkmaid.” Have Another Guess The actress walked into the for-tune-teller’s establishment and asked to have her fortune told. The clairvoyant gazed mysteriously into the crystal. “Young lady,” he said slowly, “I see two men who are fighting for your hand in marriage. One is a homely middle-aged millionaire. The other is a penniless but handsome young gentleman.” “Go on, go on,” cried the actress excitedly. “Who wins out?” Once again the fortune-teller focused his eyes on the crystal. "I see it clearly now,” he droned. “You will marry the handsome young j pauper." The actress shook her head. “Oh, no." she murmured, “you’d better take another guess!” New Zealand Comedian in Australia Joe Brennan, comedian and char- I acter actor, is to organise concerts for the troops in Adelaide.
