SCHOOL ANNIVERSARY
SCOTCHMAN’S VALLEY The anniversary of the Scotchman's Valley Sunday School, Tauwhare, was held, recently at the residence of Mr and Mrs C. M. Woods. Hymns were sung by Sunday School scholars and Mr W. Goodare sang two Maori songs. Other items were an Irish jig, recitations, and “Zaccheaus,” a Bible story told in rhyme by several of the children.
