BARRAGE BALLOONS

Copyright) (Received Oct. 17. 3.15 p.m.) MOSCOW, Oct. 16 The Red Navy Journal, commenting on the sudden appearance of British barrage balloons over the Continent, says the British possibly are using the balloons as an active weapon because they effectively damage industry and are dangerous for planes.
