OFFICERS RETIRING

LONG BANK SERVICES (By Telearapli.—Press Association) WELLINGTON. Thursday Mr K. G. Hume, staff inspector, is retiring from the service of the Bank of New Zealand next month, after 41 years in its service. Mr E. C. Sare, formerly of Hamilton, succeeds him. Mr If. H. Baxter, manager at Marton. will retire at the end of November after 34 years’ service. Two sub-inspectors, Mr G. E. Murphy, who joined the bank in 1097. and Mr K. M. Oliver, who joined in 1901. have also retired, in addition to Mr J. A. W. Hamlin, manager at Waitara for the past 14 v cats.
