“I think that it is fitting that appreciative comment should be made to the engineering department on the great success they have made in beautifying the Hamilton East * cemetery and Garden Place area.” said Mr W. W. Dilliear, at the meet- i ing of the Hamilton Borough Council last night. “We were once ashamed of the Hamilton East cemetery, but it is now the subject of appreciative comment. The engineer has made a great display of the small space available at Garden Place and the I flower beds are a picture.” _ /
