PERSONAL
Mr G. Hagen, of Hamilton, has been appointed secretary to the B. and B. Concrete Company, Auckland. Messrs A. Lambert (Dunedin), T. M. Clark, C. Chamberlain, V. Harwood (Auckland) and S. N. Pitt (Stratford) are at the Hamilton Hotel. The Ven. H. A. Hawkins, Archdeacon of Auckland, has been made Vicar-General of the Auckland Diocese. The Rev. T. H. C. Partridge, vicar of Onehunga, has been chosen Archdeacon of Manukau. The Rev. P. Houghton, vicar of St. Mark’s, Remuera, has been selected as the first Archdeacon of Waitemata and has also been appointed commissary to act in the absence of the VicarGeneral.
