Oct. 12 The Inspector-General of the Italian Army, Marshal de Bono, handed to General Franco the collar of the Italian Order of Annunziata conferred by King Victor Emmanuel. General Franco replied: “In these moments when our Fascist comrades are renewing the traditions of Italian arms in African lands. I wish to express the entire solidarity of our people, whose feelings to your soldiers and to the Ducc are most enthusiastic.’*
