RUMANIAN ASSETS

should nominate a Dutchman to be general manager of Astra Romana, Rumania’s biggest oil company, the majority of the shares of which are held by the Royal Dutch Shell group, whose headquarters have been moved to Curacoa, in the West Indies. The British are strongly protesting against this.
