FOR MISS ISOBEL HOBBS I j Mrs A. E. Fear was hostess at her i home in O’Neill Street recently at a ! party in honour of Miss Isobel Hobbs, who is shortly to be married. The afternoon was spent in competitions, j which were won by Mrs Fraser, Mrs : J. R. Fow, Mrs H. Arthur and Miss M. Branton, and elocutionary items , by Miss Noeline Fow were much ap- ! preciated. A delicious afternoon tea : was served. j The guest-of-honour was the recipient of many charming gifts, for , which she suitably returned thanks, j Those present were: Mesdames I W. Hobbs, H. H.
