5 CAR STRIPPED OF PARTS NAPIER, Friday The finding of a small car on a road near Napier stripped of its wheels, battery, and other parts resulted in the appearance of a youth in the Children’s Court, Napier, charged with converting the car, which is valued at £BS. and with the theft of parts valued at £25. the proi perty of Albert Edward Hansen. Mr | Miller, S.M.. placed the boy under the supervision of the Child Welfare i Officer for two years, and ordered j him to make restitution of 11s, the i value of the petrol stolen
