Foundation-stone Stored
j The foundation-stone of the Cenj tennial Exhibition at Wellington has ! been placed for safe custody in the i historical collection at the Dominion | Museum. It is a slab of Coromandel | granite, polished and inscribed. The I stone was laid by the Governor--1 General, Lord Galway, on October 1, 1938, at the first official ceremony 1 in the exhibition grounds.
