OBITUARY
MRS G. MILES The death has occurred at the age of 74 of Mrs Marion Miles, wife of Mr George Miles, of Wilson Street, Hamilton East. Mrs Miles was a daughter of the late Mr John Wilson. She was the second white child bom at Pirongia, and lived in that district until 1909, when she came to Hamilton. Mr and Mrs Miles celebrated their golden wedding last year. Mrs Miles is survived by her husband and four children, Mr J. Miles (Hamilton), and Mesdames P. Peacock (Te Puke), Christian and Laffer ty (Auckland). There are eight grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren.
