SHOT IN BANK OFFICE
MAN SUCCUMBS TO WOUND (By Teiegrapn.—Special to Times) WANGANUI, Monday Mr John Couchman, aged 33, proprietor of the Vacuum Cleaning Company, Wanganui, who was found in a chair in the manager’s office of the Commercial Bank of Australia, Ltd., with a bullet wound in his head, died in Wanganui Public Hospital. The coroner, Mr S. M. Dixon, opened an inquest, at which evidence of indentification was called. The inquiry was then adjourned sine die.
