IN AIR RAID

KING AND QUEEN DEPART WITH RELUCTANCE .'United Press Asn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 28, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 27 Arriving during an air-raid warning this morning, Their Majesties visited a north-west London suburb, which had been damaged by bombs. While Their Majesties were looking at a crater in the middle of a green, surrounded by damaged houses, anti-aircraft shells began to burst above them. A crowd of several hundred, assembled to welcome Their Majesties, were asked by the police to take cover. The King and Queen, with obvious reluctance, entered their car and were driven off to continue their visit to another part of London.
