GERMAN INTERNEES

ARRIVAL IN AUSTRALIA GOOD HEALTH AND SPIRITS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) SYDNEY, Sept. 27 Having travelled in comparative luxury, a second batch of German internees arrived in Sydney today under military escort from England, and have been taken by train to an inland internment camp for the duration of the war. The internees included a number of women and babies, all of whom are in good health and spirits. The Germans gave no trouble on the trip. The King held Council at Buckingham Palace. It was attended by Major C. R. Attlee, Viscount Caldecote, Lord Snell and Sir Kingsley Wood. The Council deal with routine business.
