In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “ The Waikato Airport Act, 1939,” and any other powers thereunto it enabling the Hamilton Borough Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to raise a Special Loan not exceeding £12,500 to be expended for the purposes of purchasing land, buildings, plant and stock, or the construction of buildings for the purposes of an aerodrome at Rukuhia including legal fees, valuation fees, ' survey charges, compensation and ; other costs involved in the acquisiI tion of the land and the raising of i the said loan, for a term not exceeding 30 years at a rate of interest not exceeding 4 per cent per annum, the loan to be secured by a Special rate of one-tenth of a penny in the pound on the rateable value unimproved of all rateable property in the Borough of Hamilton.
