BRITISH WARSHIPS HIT ONE LISTING BADLY (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 26 A French naval despatch to Vichy claims that one of the two British battleships shelling Dakar was torpedoed and is listing badly. French cruisers, it is stated, scored direct hits on other warships.
