DAMAGE TO AERODROME ITALIAN PLANE DESTROYED (OHlnlal Wireless) _ (Received Sept. 26. 3.15 p.m.) RUGBY, Sept. 25 A communique issued at Nairobi an Wednesday states: Aircraft of the South African Air Force successfully raided the Sciasciamanna aerodrome in Abysinnia for the third time in a fortnight. Heavy bombs fell on the aerodrome and one Italian aircraft cm the ground was destroyed. Normal reconnaissances were carried out by other aircraft. All the machines returned safely. Italian aircraft attempted two raids in Kenya cm Monday, one at Wajir and one at Tana River area. No damage was done but there were a few casualties.
