SUFFERING OF POLAND itm SPEECH BY PRESIDENT (United Press Asn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 26, 1 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 25 M. Mackiewicz, President of Poland, in completing a tour of Polish units in the west country, visited the Polish destroyers. Addressing the officers and men of the Polish depot ship Gdynia, the President said: “Poland is suffering but has not abandoned the hope of throwing off her chains.”
