Copyright) (Received Sept. 26, 1 p.m.) ROME, Sept. 25 A communique states: The enemy bombed Tobruk, hitting houses and civil and military hospitals. Fifteen people are dead and 17 were wounded. An isolated British plane bombed Kufrav. We bombed the aerodrome and military fortifications at Bura Fort, a troops’ camp near Wajir, and enemy detachments in the vicinity of Coufina, northward of Gallabat. The British bombed Diredawa.
