The “rookies are pictured marching down one ol the streets a»u*r their arrival m camp, when more than 800 men, wallets in hand, entered the business and professional men’s training camp recently. Reversing the usual order of things, they paid army paymasters 43£ dollars each for the privilege of being trained for national defence in a time of emergency.
