FEWER FOR NEW ZEALAND SERVICE CUT IN HALF (United Press Asn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright) TOKIO, Sept. 24 The Eoaka Shosen and Yamashita Shipping Companies are cutting in half the number of vessels in the New Zealand service, due to declining cargoes, plus tlie more necessary use of the ships elsewhere.
