McArthur, reported that the loan authority poll in the PlrongiaKawlila district sanctioned application Being- made for authority to raise £23,0n0 !if or reticulation work. Mr McArthur said , that he was fortunate to be able to reP rt that he had an offer to advance the | llrst, instalment on very favourable terms. j The board passed the resolution stnki ing- the necessary security rate so that the I loan negotiations could proceed without I delay.
