ORCHESTRAL ACTIVITY FIVE CONCERTS IN YEAR The Huntly Amateur Orchestral Society held its iirst annual general meeting- in the Town llall Lodge Hoorn, the president. Mr L. G, Peach, presiding-. The report and Balance-sheet showed that the .society had had a successful year and was in a satisfactory financial position. Five concerts had been given at Gordonton in ’September, AVaiteriinu in October Ohinewai in November of last year, again at Gordonton in May this year, followed bv the lirst concert in the Huntly Town Hall on May All were well-received.
